Juliet Lucas is the founder of Red Dress Productions, an LA-based media company that ranges from documenting events and author releases, to producing short films. Her work has won awards in multiple festivals, including the Bay Area Aspiring Minds, Diablo Valley Spooky Film Fest and Las Vegas MEGAfest film festivals. She has served as a media content creation fellow with nonprofits in both Washington DC and Los Angeles, and as a filmmaking fellow with TriĆ³s Fletches Productions, a company based outside of Montreal, Canada. She is currently earning her degree in Cinema and Media Arts with a focus on Cinematography at Biola University, in LA.

Juliet has been working with the Steamboat Institute since 2019, serving on their ELC board as a media and content editor. She specializes in video production and media creation, as well as serving on the ELC executive board. Her goal is to bring a positive impact into the highly subjective environment of the entertainment industry.

The variety of individuals she has encountered during her work has allowed her to appreciate the subjectivity of media, and realize the importance of promoting civil discourse and discussion among different perspectives and individuals.
