Lafayette College Highlights Steamboat Insitute’s Courage in Education Award

In a recent article, Lafayette College highlighted the Steamboat Institute’s Courage in Education award given to Lafayette professor Brandon Van Dyck at the most recent Freedom Conference. Professor Dyck highlights how compelling he found the Freedom Conference:

The Steamboat Institute awarded Professor Van Dyck with this prize for his work on The Mill Series, which brings to Lafayette speakers who challenge mainstream campus opinion. The Mill Series is named after John Stuart Mill, whose quotation, “He who knows only his own side of the case knows little of that,” is valuable guidance right now for every college in the country.
