The Steamboat Institute is excited to announce its next installment of the Campus Liberty Tour: The Constitution and the Campaign to Impeach President Trump. The event will feature Professors Stephen Presser and William B. Allen, 2018-19 Visiting Scholars in Conservative Thought and Policy at CU Boulder, discussing the constitutional, historical, and political precedents regarding presidential impeachment. The event takes place the evening of October 4th at Colorado Mountain College in Steamboat Springs,

Stephen Presser is a leading American legal historian and expert on shareholder liability for corporate debts. He is frequently an invited witness before committees of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives on issues of constitutional law. Read his full biography here.

William B. Allen is the professor of Political Philosophy in the Department of Political Science at Michigan State University and the 2008-09 Visiting Senior Scholar in the Matthew J. Ryan Center for the Study of Free Institutions and the Public Good at Villanova University. Read his full biography here.
